Duties
- Assist in evaluating and assessing publication content for compliance with the EP Code of Conduct and quality standards
- Establish and maintain high standards of quality in publication content
- Manage & supervise associate editors
- Collaborate closely with and report
Qualifications
The incumbent should have
- a PhD in the relevant area
- an OrCID reference
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- an in-depth knowledge of and experience in Finance and/or Economics
- a strong research background with published works
- skills in operating computer software systems
- strong organizational and excellent motivational skills
- a keen eye for detail, and
- excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask

Associate Editors

Duties
- Work in collaboration with the Editor-in-chief to ensure the standards and Code of Conduct of EP are met
- Ensure that the content, language and mechanics of submitted papers meet EP’s standards
- Communicate with other associate editors if required
- Strictly maintain the editorial timelines set by the Journal Publishing Manager to ensure timeliness of the publications
Qualifications
The incumbents should have
