Melis joined EP in October 2013. As EP’s Associate Journal Publishing Manager, her responsibilities include management of the production process to meet agreed standards and deadlines. She is also responsible for editorial assistants’ workloads as well as training and development. Her portfolio also includes keeping updated with the current developments in the scholarly publishing landscape specifically open access. Her outstanding publishing work has resulted in more than 1.200 academic papers getting successfully indexed by ISI Web of Science Clarivate Analytics (CPCI).

Roslind joined the organization in August 2015. As EP’s Senior Content Quality Specialist, her responsibilities include reviewing the publication content to verify that the publications’ standards of quality for language and other considerations are met. This includes the content of the papers submitted for consideration in the European Journal of Social and Behavioural Sciences EJSBS, EP books as well as other publications associated with EP. She also assists in other editorial tasks related to EP documentation and processes. She has assisted in editing several volumes of publications which have been successfully indexed in ISI Web of Science Clarivate Analytics (CPCI). She has authored/co-authored several papers and has experience in organizing conferences. She has close to 40 years’ experience as an instructor in higher education institutions specialising in Education, TESL and English Literature. Her research interests are in teaching and learning in higher education and graduate employability.
